Renting properties remains a significant challenge for The Hague Real Estate Services during the Corona period. The RIVM has advised everyone in the Netherlands to stay at home as much as possible. Since we, as a team, are normally in constant communication all day, this calls for creative solutions. Fortunately, WhatsApp video enables us to communicate effectively together. We just need to be mindful not to talk over each other, as there is a slight delay in sound 😝

Virtual Viewing

We are still receiving requests for viewings. It’s encouraging to see that this does not deter people from looking for and renting or leasing a property. Therefore, we take turns conducting viewings, both in person and digitally via WhatsApp. It’s also good to know that lease agreements signed by new tenants are still coming through.

• Provide a video of the viewing so that we can forward it if a candidate cannot or chooses not to attend in person.
• Conduct virtual live viewings.
